Most of Laramie's subdivisions have covenants in place that require home owners to seed natural grass back in when done building/landscaping. I have many friends that have bought the right seed count and planted seed just to have NOTHING GROW. Then by the end of the summer, their building scar is covered with knee high tumble weeds. We live in a dry climate with substandard soil so that way of seeding is not going to have good results and will just end up being a waste of money and time for the homeowner. Drill seeding is effective and costs less but it takes 3 YEARS for grass to fully establish! You will get much faster results with our hydroseeding blends. This is where WE COME IN!
